The Tupo Pamoja Fund supports initiatives and organizations that benefit Black/African American communities in Stanislaus County. Grounded in resident-led decision making, the program is guided by a committee of Black/African American representatives who understand what investments will be most impactful in addressing the needs of their community.

Black youth (including, but not limited to foster care, aging out of the system, and pregnant youth)
application details
Up to $75,000 in grant funding will be awarded in the grant cycle. Funding requests may not exceed $10,000. If awarded, the award amount may vary.
The application period is open January 6 – February 14, 2025 (11:59pm). Applications must be submitted via the online grant portal.
Awards are announced via email in April. Projects must be completed within 12 months of being awarded.
Eligibility
Must be tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code or have a fiscal sponsor that has 501(c)(3) status and provide written authorization confirming its willingness to act as the fiscal sponsor
Located in Stanislaus County
Must support innovative programs, initiatives, services or other ideas within the above-stated priority areas that serve Black/African Americans in Stanislaus County
Must be a Black led organization or project
Only one application per project/program. Fiscal sponsors are allowed to apply on behalf of more than one program/project
